European Services Declaration (DES)
The France Localization SuiteApp provides the SuiteTax-based Déclaration européenne de services (DES) or the European Services Declaration, a report required in France. This report can be generated using the Country Tax Reports page. For more information, see Generating the France FEC and SuiteTax–Based Reports. You can export the DES report to PDF and XLS. The DES is required for companies in France that provide services to companies established in other EU Member States. A summary of the operations and services carried out to the companies, the DES is collected to monitor VAT taxation on intra-EU services.
