Transaction Form Mapping

You can use Standard Philippines Forms that already use Philippines PDF/HTML templates. These standard forms are included in the Philippines Localization SuiteApp. Or, you can use your own custom forms, which must be associated with or use the Philippines PDF/HTML invoicing templates. Then, Standard Philippines Forms or your custom forms must be mapped to corresponding Philippines Document Types.

To use Philippines PDF/HTML templates on customized forms:

  1. Go to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.

  2. Click the Customize or Edit link of the transaction form that you want to use or associate with a template.

  3. In the Printing Type option, choose Advanced.

  4. In the Print Template field, select the appropriate PDF/HTML template that you want to use for this transaction form.

    Note:

    For non-CAS users or those who use loose-leaf forms, select a document type template with ‘Pre-printed’ indicated.

  5. (Optional) In the Email Template field, select the appropriate PDF/HTML template. Generally, this is for businesses that have switched to paperless transactions.

  6. Click Save.

To map customized transaction forms to Philippines document types:

  1. Go to Setup > Philippines Localization > Transaction Form Mapping.

  2. From the Transaction Form Mapping List, click the Edit link of the Philippines Document Type that you want to map to or associate with transaction forms.

  3. On the Transaction Form Mapping page, in the Transaction Forms field, select the customized transaction form that use Philippines PDF/HTML templates. You can select multiple transaction forms to associate with this Philippines document type template.

  4. Click Save.

Note:

You cannot map the same form to multiple Philippines document types. To change the document type of a form, open the Philippines document type and change the form you want to map to another Philippines document type.
