Philippines Invoicing with SuiteTax

The Philippines Localization SuiteApp comes with Standard Philippines Forms, Philippines Document Types and Philippines PDF/HTML templates for invoicing. Philippines VAT-registered persons or businesses can use them to generate and print VAT invoice or VAT official receipt, in PDF or HTML, which are pre-formatted to comply with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements.

The templates support system-generated documents for users or businesses with Computerized Accounting System (CAS). The pre-printed templates can be used by non-CAS users or businesses with loose-leaf books of accounts.

The templates and features comply with tax regulations and requirements set by the BIR for transaction documents to be used by VAT-registered payers.

Custom forms should use Philippines PDF/HTML templates and must be mapped to supported Philippines document types. Then, you can use those custom forms to create transactions for Philippines document types. If done so, new invoices, credit memos, or payment records will be printed using the PDF/HTML templates, with the content and in the format prescribed by the BIR.
