Assigning Permissions to Set Up Philippines Localization

Before you can configure invoicing features using the Philippines Localization Setup page, you must:

  1. Add Philippines Localization SPA Permissions.

  2. Update the Permissions of Existing Roles.

  3. (For accounts without OneWorld) Add the Required Script Deployment for Philippines Localization.

Add Philippines Localization SPA Permissions

The Philippines Localization Setup page is a Single Page Application (SPA) for Philippines Localization. You must add permissions to your standard or custom roles to access this SPA.

To add SPA permissions to your role:

  1. Go to Customization > Scripting > Single Page Applications and click Philippines Localization Setup.

  2. Click Configuration.

  3. Under the Release Audience section, click Setup Audience.

    Select the standard or custom role that you want to add to the permission and click the right arrow to add to your selection.

  4. Click Save.

(For accounts without OneWorld) Add the Required Script Deployment for Philippines Localization

If you do not have a OneWorld account, add access to the PHL Company Information RESTLet script deployment to your roles.

To add a script deployment to your roles:

  1. As an Administrator, go to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments.

  2. Click Edit next to the customdeploy_psg_phl_rest_compinfo script ID.

  3. Under the Audience subtab, select the role that you want to have access to the Philippines Localization Setup page.

    To select multiple roles, hold down Ctrl while clicking each role.

  4. Click Save.
