Project 360 Dashboard Pages and Portlets
The Project 360 Dashboard SuiteApp lets project managers manage multiple projects in one place with readily accessible metrics, reports, and statuses. These project data related to tasks, resources, budget, and finance are organized on different focus pages.
A focus page provides a centered presentation of interrelated data contained in two or more portlets.
To access the dashboard, refer to the table listed on Accessing Project 360 Dashboard.
Project managers can select a project from the Project Portfolio page, then drill down to the following focus pages:
In the Project 360 Dashboard, portlets are organized on individual focus pages according to the type of datasets they contain. Focus pages contain common portlets that provide quick access to various records and pages. See Common Portlets in Project 360 Dashboard.
A portlet is a container that can be added to a user’s dashboard, which requires a setup to display contents from one or more features of NetSuite.
Make sure you complete the required setup to view the data on the portlets for every focus pages. See Setting Up Project 360 Dashboard Portlets.
Project 360 Dashboard Preference Page
The Project 360 Dashboard Preference page provides flexibility for Administrators to manage the type and amount of information to show on your account.
To set the preference, go to List> Relationship> Project 360 Dashboard Preference, then check or clear the boxes to select which focus pages appear on your dashboard.
The system requires only one Project 360 Dashboard Preference record for each account, and the record must not be duplicated, deleted, or set to inactive.

Common Portlets in Project 360 Dashboard
The following portlets are shown on every focus page of the Project 360 Dashboard:
Project Information Portlet
The Project Information portlet shows the general information about the project, and sources the data from the project record and the customer record.
The following details are shown on the Project Information portlet:

Project ID – By default, this field shows the value entered in the Job ID field of the project record. Clicking the Project ID link takes you to the project record. If the Auto-Generated feature is enabled, this field shows the auto-generated ID of the project. For more information, see Setting Up Auto-Generated Numbering.

Project Name – This field shows the project name entered in the Project Name field. If the Auto-Generated feature is disabled, the project name also appears in the Project ID field.

Project Manager – This field shows the project manager assigned to the project. You can click the value in this field to see the corresponding employee record.

Client Name – This field shows the name of the client for the project, which comes from the Customer field of the project record.

Client Primary Contact – This field shows the name of the contact person for the client of the project. You can click the value in this field to see the corresponding contact record.

Due Date – This field shows the scheduled end date of the project, which comes from the Calculated End Date field on the project record.
Any changes you make on the primary details of the project records reflect on this portlet.
Reminders Portlet
The Reminders portlet contains predetermined links to notify project managers of the number of tasks and deliverable to prioritize for the project.
It is designed specifically for the project managers and their assigned projects with links that are similar on all focus pages.
This portlet is shown only when the access level is set to Assigned to me.
When you check the Show List When Only One Result box on the Set Preferences page, clicking reminder link takes you to the list page of each reminder except for Tasks Overdue link.
When unchecked, clicking the link with one reminder count takes you directly to a record of overdue vendor bill, purchase order, or project.
You can set the search preference by going to Home > Set Preferences Home > Set Preferences then click the Analytics subtab. On the Set Preferences page, check or clear the Show List When Only One Result box.

Take Action Portlet
The Take Action portlet provides project managers with a quick access to records and pages associated to the project, so they can make the necessary adjustments.
