Mapping Required and Optional Fields for Product Sync
Product mapping can be required or optional. The required and optional fields vary by marketplace or cart. Often, they require many of the same sets of fields (such as product name or SKU) but use different field IDs for the same data. Each marketplace or cart may also have some unique fields to map.
Here’s how to find required fields and map them.
To map required product fields:

Log in to app.farapp.com

Select the connector and relevant account.

Go to Mappings > Products.
NetSuite Connector displays a list of existing product mappings.

Click Add Mapping.
The Add Field Mapping window pops up with three dropdown lists: Required, Standard, and Uncommon.

From the Required list, look for any field that isn't already mapped.

Select the field you want to map then click Add Mapping.
The field is added to the end of the product mapping list.

Click Close.

Find the new field at the bottom of the product mappings list. Under the NetSuite Field ID column, enter the field ID you want to map to this field. NetSuite Connector will suggest options as you type based on detected field IDs.
Note:Some required fields do not allow you to enter the mapping directly but rather shows Special Mapping – Click to Edit. You'll need to click this link to enter the mapping.

Click Save.

Repeat steps 5–9 to ensure all required fields are mapped.
You can use the same process to add optional fields from the Standard and Uncommon lists. It’s best to map all required fields first, then add optional ones one at a time.
