Update your 2FA Setup to Use Authenticator App

The support of the SMS/Voice call option for two-factor authentication (2FA) ended on March 1, 2024. If you are using the SMS/Voice call option for your 2FA, update the 2FA setup as soon as possible. You will not be able to log in when prompted for 2FA authentication, if you do not have the authenticator app set up.

To update your 2FA setup to use an authenticator app:

  1. Reset your current 2FA setup. For more information, see Reset Your 2FA Settings.

  2. Next time you log in, set up your 2FA again. For more information, see Set up Your Preferences for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Important:

Do not install the authenticator app on the same device that you use for logging in to NetSuite.
