The SuiteApp enables you to manage your renewable products and services as well as non-renewable items like training and consulting. You can also apply and include maintenance and support fees in the renewal contract.
A flexible, automated renewal process creates a transaction at the end of a contract term, which then generates the renewal contract. This new contract includes the items you've set as renewable, like products and module licenses, user licenses (or seats), and support and maintenance entitlements. One-time, non-renewable items like training and consulting aren't typically renewed.
