Multiple Subsidiaries
How do I see the accounts for the other subsidiaries or switch between subsidiaries?
To access or switch between subsidiaries accounts, go to SuiteBanking > Payment Automation > Dashboard. You can change the subsidiary from the drop-down list in the left navigation panel, if you have role permissions.
The Company Name for the entity will be at the top of your screen. Each entity will have its own Dashboard,Transaction and credit limit, and its own bank transfer history, account activity and Virtual Card activity history.
How do I make payments using the other subsidiaries?
While making a payment, you can choose the respective subsidiary GL account. To access the Payment Automation dashboard, go to SuiteBanking > Payment Automation > Dashboard. You can change the subsidiary from the drop-down list in the left navigation panel, if you have role permissions.
