ASA Sales Forecasts and Quotas

Sales reps can save their sales forecast as an ASA forecast when they check the Alternate Sales Amount box. This forecast permits managers to track it based on ASA, in addition to a forecast based on billings. For more information on sales forecasts, see Sales Forecasting.

You can also track quotas based on alternate sales amounts. To create an ASA quota, go to Transactions > Other > Establish Quota. Set the quota criteria and amounts, check the Alt. Sales box, and then click Save.
