Forecast by Customer Summary Report
The Sales Forecast by Customer Summary report shows the calculated forecast and weighted forecast for each customer within the date range you select.
The calculated forecast is determined by the sum of the following:

cash sales and invoices that closed within the time period you are forecasting

unbilled sales orders that have not been processed into cash sales or invoices

estimates with the Include in Forecast box checked that have not been used to create sales orders, invoices or cash sales.
Note:If you use the Advanced Forecasting feature, only estimates with the forecast type set to the medium (Most Likely) are included in this report.

opportunities with no estimates attached or with estimates that are not set to be included in the forecast
The weighted forecast is the product of a transaction's probability and its projected amount. The projected amount is the total of the items on the transactions.
To view the Sales Forecast by Customer Summary report:
Go to Reports > Forecast > Forecast by Customer.
A popup message appears in the middle of your screen indicating that your report is loading. You can click Cancel next to the status bar to stop the report from loading. Reports can take some time to load. If you would like to work on something else while your report loads, click Alert me when ready at the bottom of the message. You will receive an email with a link to the report when it is ready for viewing.
