Customer Profitability Summary Report
The Customer Profitability Summary report summarizes your profit in dollar amounts by customer.
To view the Customer Profitability Summary report:
Go to Reports > Customer/Receivables > Customer Profitability.
A message appears indicating that your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.
Click the View Detail link in the header to see the Customer Profitability Detail report. This report shows cost, revenue, and profit dollar amounts categorized by customer.
Click an amount in the Total Cost column to see the Cost by Customer report. This report shows line item details of transaction costs. If you click a customer's amount, details appear for that customer only. If you click an overall total amount, details appear for all customers.
