Partner Activity Summary Report

The Partner Activity Summary report gives an overview of each partner's activity with each customer. If you are a partner with access to the Advanced Partner Center, you only see activity related to the customers you do business with.

Activities are defined as tasks, events, notes, campaigns or messages involving the customer and partner. To see a break down of the activities included in this report, see the Partner Activity Detail Report.

A subtotal for each partner appears below the list of customers associated with the partner. This subtotal provides how much you or your partner has been working with your customers.

To view the Partner Activity Summary report:

Go to Reports > Marketing > Partner Activity.

A message appears indicating that your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.

Note:

This report does not support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can set the Report by Period preference at Home > Set Preferences > the Analytics subtab.
