Workflows Subtab on the Scripted Records Page
Use the Workflows subtab on the Scripted Records page to:

Update the workflow status using the Status list. You can set the workflow state to Suspended, Not Initiating, Testing, or Released.

Set the initiation trigger type to All, Before Record Load, Before Record Submit, or After Record Submit. Use the Trigger Type list to set the type of trigger on which the workflow is to initiate.

Choose the workflow event triggers:

Check the On Create box to run the workflow when a record is created.

Check the On View or Update box to run the workflow on view or update events.

View information about the workflows for a record type:
Column Name
Description
Workflow
Shows the workflow name. Click the name to open the workflow. For more information, see Workflow Manager Interface.
Internal ID
Shows the workflow’s internal ID. Click the ID to open the workflow. For more information, see Workflow Manager Interface.
Description
If available, shows the workflow description.
From Bundle
Shows the bundle ID. Click the bundle ID to view bundle details.
Bundle Name
Shows the bundle’s name. Click the name to view bundle details.
Company Name of Bundle
Shows the bundle name assigned by the company.
Owner
Shows the workflow’s owner.
Status
Shows the workflow's current state, whether it is in Testing, Released, Not Initiating, or Suspended. For details, see Setting Script Deployment Status.
Trigger Type
Shows which client event triggers the workflow: All, Before Record Load, Before Record Submit, or After Record Submit. For details, see Client Triggers Reference.
On Create
Shows whether the workflow starts when you create a record. For details, see Initiating a Workflow on an Event.
On View or Update
Shows whether the workflow starts when you view or update a record. For details, see Initiating a Workflow on an Event.
