Set Up Item Pricing
The Strike-Through Pricing feature requires that you set up at least two prices for each item to be displayed with a strikethrough. For more information, see Using Multiple Pricing.
Price Level Requirements
When setting up item pricing, be aware of the following requirements:

One of the prices that you set up for each item must correspond to the default price level that you set in the Default Price Level field on the SuiteCommerce Configuration Record. See Default Price Level.

If you have not already done so, you should enable the Multiple Pricing feature and create price level records. See Using Multiple Pricing.
