Create a Payment Instrument for ACH Payments on Web Stores
You can create payment instruments in two ways:

You create a payment instrument using the Order Management feature in NetSuite.

Your customer creates a payment instrument on your Commerce website. See Web Store User Experience for ACH Payments.
To create a payment instrument, you'll first need to enable the Payment Instruments feature (Setup > Company > Enable Features > Transactions > Payment Processing).
Follow the steps in the Order Management help topic, Payment Instruments, to set up a payment instrument in NetSuite.
To create an ACH account for a customer:

Go to Lists > Relationships > Customers, and select the customer you want to create an ACH account for.

Go to the Financial subtab and the Payment Instruments subtab.

Click New ACH.

Fill out the following fields on the ACH payment instrument page:

Type - Select ACH.

Payment Method - Select your ACH payment method.

Limit - Enter the limit per transaction for this account.

Bank Account Number - Enter the bank account number, up to 20 digits.

Account Type - Select Checking, Corporate Checking, or Saving.

Routing Number - Enter the nine-digit routing number.

Bank Name - Enter the name of the bank. Bank Name is not displayed as a required field in NetSuite but is required for your Commerce website.

Account Owner Name - Enter the name of the account owner.

Customer Consent - Enter a customer consent message to be included with all ACH transmissions using this account.

Click Save.
