Enable ACH Payments for Web Stores

Configure ACH Payments for Make a Payment and Checkout flows in the SuiteCommerce Configuration record.

In the Make a Payment flow, you can offer the ACH payment method to customers paying invoices in the My Account area of your site. In the Checkout flow, you can offer the ACH payment method for customers who have their customer profile set to Company or Individual.

To enable ACH payments for Make a Payment:

  1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Configuration.

  2. Select your website and domain, and click Configure.

  3. Go to the Payment Instruments & Methods subtab and the Payment Instrument ACH subtab.

  4. Check the Enable ACH Payments for Make a Payment box.

  5. Click Save.

To enable ACH payments from Companies in the Checkout flow

  1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Configuration.

  2. Select your website and domain, and click Configure.

  3. Go to the Payment Instruments & Methods tab and the Payment Instrument ACH subtab.

  4. Check the Enable ACH Payments from Companies Using Checkout box.

  5. Click Save.

To enable ACH payments from Individuals in the Checkout flow

  1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Configuration.

  2. Select your website and domain, and click Configure.

  3. Go to the Payment Instruments & Methods tab and the Payment Instrument ACH subtab.

  4. Check the >Enable ACH Payments from Individuals Using Checkout box.

  5. Click Save.
