With this enhancement, you can manage all your progression grade ladders using Redwood pages.
Steps to Enable
If you've already enabled the page, there's no additional setup needed. If you haven't enabled the page, complete the steps to enable in the release 25A What's New for Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Resources: Redwood Experience for Grade Ladders
Tips And Considerations
- Open the Redwood Grade Ladders page from My Client Groups using these apps or quick actions:
- Workforce Structures app or the quick action in the Workforce Structure category
- Compensation app or the quick action in the Compensation category
- When you enable the Redwood page, the preceding apps and quick actions replace these quick actions and links:
- The classic Manage Grade Ladders quick action and the link on the Workforce Structures app.
- The classic Progression Grade Ladders quick action and the link on the Compensation app.
- The Summary of Changes and History sections don't track changes to grade rate values.
