Self-Paced Learning Enrollment Period
By default, the learning enrollment period aligns with catalog visibility dates. This alignment lets learners enroll whenever the learning is visible. If the self-enrollment period is Specific date range, you can specify start and end dates. Self-enrollment is only possible during this period. If you configure an enrollment period before or after the catalog visibility period, only learners you share the direct enrollment link with can enroll. To share the link, use the About tab, Copy Self-Enrollment Link action for the self-paced learning.
Here's what a learner or manager viewing a self-paced learning outside the enrollment period, experiences:
-
There's no Enroll action on the learning item card in listings.
-
There's no Enroll action on the catalog details page.
-
There's a banner message letting them know that either Enrollment will open on {DATE} or The enrollment period is over.
