Self-paced Learning: Completion Certificate
Give learners a certificate after they complete their learning assignments. You'll find the Certificate options on the Rules tab of a self-paced learning, in the Post-Completion section.

Provide Completion Certificate: When checked, the learner is eligible to get a certificate after completing the assignment.

Certificate: Learners or learning administrators can select from available certificate templates.

- The certificate templates you have in the Digital Learning folder populate this Certificate attribute.

Preview Certificate: A preview link appears for learning administrators to view the certificate. The preview is available only if the certificate option is enabled.

Certificate Options for Self-paced Learning
After the learner's assignment status changes to Completed, the Enrollment Details page refreshes to let them share their success and review their work.

Share Your Success: Provides a downloadable certificate attached in read-only mode.

This streamlined process enhances the learner’s self-service experience, making it easier to access their certificate directly from their enrollment details.
Steps to Enable
You need to enable Self-paced learning to use this feature.
Tips And Considerations
If the certificate template is changed, the learners completion certificate automatically updates to use the new template. There's no need to use the reconciliation process for existing learners.
