Redwood: Download Contract Terms in Supplier Portal
In the new enhanced supplier redwood experience, the supplier bidder can now download the negotiation contract terms from the negotiation details page.
Download Contract Terms from View Negotiation
Suppliers can review the downloaded negotiation contract terms as part of the response process. They can optionally attach a red-lined contract document to their response.
Steps to Enable
Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.
Offering: Procurement
To use this feature, you must opt in to the Update 25A feature Redwood: Enable the New Supplier Portal Home Page Experience in Oracle Supplier Portal functional area. If you previously opted in to the Redwood: Supplier Portal Home Page Experience already, then this feature is automatically enabled.

Tips And Considerations
- With this action, suppliers will download the base contract if the feature Create Supplier Contracts from Negotiation Award is opted in. Otherwise, they will download the embedded contract terms.
- Suppliers will be able to download both structured contract terms or attached contract document associated to the negotiation.
