Redwood: Process Requisition Lines into Purchase Orders and Negotiation Documents in Real Time

Process requisition lines into purchase orders and negotiation documents in real time. For publishing staged documents with 5 or fewer lines, you no longer need to monitor and wait for a scheduled process to complete. Instead, the action is completed immediately, and you will receive a link to navigate to the newly created document.

Steps to Enable

If you enabled the Process Requisitions Redwood page in either update 25B or 25C, you don't need to perform any additional steps.

Tips And Considerations

The application submits a scheduled job when you publish multiple staged documents from the Staged Documents tab or when you publish a staged document with more than 5 requisition lines.
