Redwood: View Processed Requisition Lines as a Buyer
Search and view requisition lines placed on a purchase order or a negotiation using a Redwood page as a buyer. Before this update, the Requisitions Redwood page displayed the approved requisition lines awaiting buyer processing. You can now use this page to also view the requisition lines that have been processed into a purchase order or a negotiation.
All Lines metric on the Requisitions page is now enhanced to include requisition lines that are already processed into a purchase order or a negotiation. A new metric Unprocessed Lines is now available that shows requisition lines that are pending processing by the logged in buyer.
All Lines | All requisition lines that are pending action from the logged in buyer and the requisition lines that are already processed by the logged in buyer. |
Unprocessed Lines | All requisition lines that are pending action from the logged in buyer. |
Before this update, you could perform actions such as stage, split, and return from the All Lines metric. With this update, no actions are available on the All lines metric. Instead, you can use the Unprocessed Lines metric to perform these actions.
Actions Supported on the Unprocessed Lines Metric
You can track the progress of the requisition lines using the Status column in the search results table of the All Lines metric. You can also review the purchase order or negotiation details.
All Lines Metric on the Requisitions page
You can filter the requisition lines using statuses such as Delivered, In receiving, and Invoiced. These two statuses are now available.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Order processing | The requisition line is placed on a purchase order but the order hasn't been opened yet or implemented yet. |
On negotiation | The requisition line is placed on a negotiation. |
Steps to Enable
If you enabled the Process Requisitions Redwood page in either update 25B or 25C, you don't need to perform any additional steps.
Tips And Considerations
- You can query for unprocessed requisition lines as well as requisition lines processed by the buyer using the Unprocessed Lines and All Lines metric of the Requisitions Redwood UI. In the classic UI, you had to go to the Process Requisition Lines and View Requisition Lines pages.
- Before this update, you had to select requisition lines to export the search results on the Redwood Process Requisitions page. With this update, you can now export search results without needing to select any records.
