Workflow to Set Up the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent

Set up the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent to identify inappropriate content in inbound candidate emails, SMS messages, and WhatsApp messages. The agent masks inappropriate message text for users without the required privilege and can add a label to candidates whose messages contain inappropriate content.

Steps

1. Enable at least one of these communication channels:
   • Workflow to Set Up Two-Way Email Communications
   • Workflow to Set Up Two-Way SMS Communications
   • Workflow to Set Up Two-Way WhatsApp Communications
2. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management, and use the Manage Recruiting Labels task to define the candidate labels that you want to use.
3. Complete the Prerequisites for AI Agent Studio.
4. Schedule the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent
5. Enable the Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent
6. By default, recruiting manager users have the View Inappropriate Message Content (IRC_VIEW_INAPPROPRIATE_MESSAGE_CONTENT_PRIV) privilege. This privilege allows users to view unmasked message content.
7. Optional: Configure Reply Availability for Inappropriate Messages.
