Freight Forwarding: Additional Services

Use this page to specify information related to inspections, licenses, and letter of credit for international shipments. This data is for informational purposes only and is not used in planning.

Inspection and Survey

1. Enter an Inspection Number.
2. Use the Inspection Required drop-down list to indicate if the inspection is necessary.
3. Enter the Survey Lay Can Date.
4. Enter the Inspection Schedule Date.
5. Enter the Inspection Company.
6. Enter the Survey Company.

Letter of Credit

1. Enter the Letter of Credit Number.
2. If the letter of credit is required, select the Letter of Credit Required check box.
3. Enter the Latest Shipping Date.
4. Enter the Issue Date for the letter of credit.
5. Enter the Expiration Date.
6. Enter the Received Date.
7. Enter the Negotiated Days.
8. Enter the Advising Number.
9. Enter the Confirming Number.
10. Enter the Amount of credit.
11. Enter the Issuing Bank.
12. Enter the Advising Bank.
13. Enter the Confirming Bank.
14. If the letter of credit is expired, select the Letter of Credit Stale.

Import License

1. Enter the Import License Number.
2. Enter the Issue Date.
3. Enter the Expiration Date.
4. Enter the Received Date.
