Freight Forwarding: Services

This page is accessed via Brokerage and Forwarding > Freight Forwarding. Click the Services tab.

Adding Freight Forwarding Services:

1. Select the appropriate Service, if you are using services. This provides the ability to specify the customer service ID.
2. Select the Priority Override check box to treat this service as the highest priority. If you select this, it will be reset (cleared) after the service template is applied.
3. The Priority field displays the priority of the service.
4. The Applied Date shows the date that the service was applied to the order.
5. Click Save for each service you enter.
