Status Code Profiles

This page is accessed via:

• Business Process Automation > Power Data > Status > Status Code Profiles
• Master Data > Power Data > Status Codes > Status Code Profiles

A Status Code Profile is a set of status codes, which indicate what has happened for an event or action.

If it is configured for you to record reasons for performing an action, you are prompted to enter a status code manually or via a quick code. The list of status codes that you can select from is dictated by how your status codes are associated to a status code profile and how that profile is assigned to status groups.

Adding a Status Code Profile

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Status Code Profile field. You will use this ID when you refer to this status code profile on other pages.
2. Select a domain in which this status code profile will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
3. Enter an ID in the Status Code field to associate it with the status code profile.
4. Select the domain in which this status code is active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Finished.
