Adjust Appointment Time

This action opens a window showing the current appointment start and end time which you can change. If the appointment slot is 30 minutes and the actual appointment is less than 30 minutes, it still shows the appointment occupying one slot. The pop-up from the dock manager is controlled by the glog.appointment.AppointmentInfoPopUp property.

For multiple resource types across the location, adjusting appointment time on one resource type will automatically adjust it for all other types.

Note: If you select a stop with partial appointments, a list of all the available appointments will be displayed.

Changing Appointment Information

  1. Select an option from the Stop Location drop-down list.
  2. If the stop selected has partial appointments, a list of all the appointments available at the stop are displayed.
  3. Select the check box against the appointment that you want to change. Only one appointment can be selected at a time for time adjustment.
  4. Click Adjust.
  5. Select a Location Resource Name. The location resource name displays all the available location resources of the same location resource type as the appointment that is being adjusted.
  6. Enter a Start Time.
  7. Enter an End Time.
  8. Click Save.
