Access these actions via Sourcing > Lane Aggregation > Lane Summary Criteria > Actions.

Not all of these actions work with all transport modes. Only Clear Lane Summary and Build Lane Summary work with Ocean mode. LTL only works with Build Lane Summary and Fill Missing Lanes.
