Metric Collection Profile

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Metric Alert Management > Metric Collection Profiles.

Note: You must be a DBA to access this page.

A metric collection profile lets you group metrics and/or metric types into a profile. The profile is then used to control what data is displayed when working with metrics. Create profiles for commonly viewed metrics on the Historical Metrics page.

Creating a Metric Collection Profile

1. Enter a Profile ID.
2. Select a Domain Name.
3. Enter a Metric Type ID.
4. Click Save.
5. Enter a Metric ID.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Finished.
