Payment Arrangement Request Process Flow

The base product provides a Payment Arrangement Request process flow type that includes three steps:
  • Execution of one or more eligibility criteria, to determine whether or not the account is eligible for a payment arrangement. The results of each eligibility criteria and the overall eligibility result are displayed on the first panel of the process flow

  • Setting up the terms of the payment arrangement:
    • The service agreements and debt to include in the payment arrangement

    • If a down payment must be paid prior to starting the payment arrangement, the down payment amount can be a percentage or a fixed-amount portion of the total payment arrangement amount

    • The remaining payment arrangement amount (after down payment, if applicable)

    • The number of installments

    • The installment amount

  • Review of the eligibility results and the agreed upon payment arrangement terms before submitting the payment arrangement request
