Displaying and Assigning Unassigned Leads

Use the following procedure to review and assign, as appropriate, non-final and unassigned leads that are associated to the initiative in context.

  1. Select Menu > Sales & Marketing > Initiative > Search.
  2. Enter your search criteria in the Initiative Query zone.
  3. Click Refresh.
  4. In the search results list, click the link for the initiative you want to maintain. The selected initiative opens in the Initiative portal.
  5. Go to the Statistics page and scroll, as necessary, to view the Unassigned Leads Zone.
  6. Enter a Start Date and End Date range that encompasses the desired period.
  7. Click Refresh to view unassigned leads that were created within the period specified.
  8. (optional) Assign one or more leads from the result set:
    1. Select the unassigned leads from the results set.
    2. Enter the sales representative that will be assigned the leads.
    3. Press Assign to Sales Rep.
    4. Select the Sales Representative from the dropdown menu and click OK.
