Graphs and Statistics for an Initiative

The following zones display statistics for the initiative’s leads.
Note: The system periodically refreshes the statistics for an initiative when the time specified on an initiative has lapsed. A user may also manually initiate the refreshing of statistics if required.

Lead Outcome Graph

This Lead Outcome Graph zone shows the number of Leads linked to the initiative (or initiative group hierarchy) that entered the final state in the last 24 months starting from the most recent completed Lead.

The date shown on the X-axis will be the first day of the month. Note that the information displayed here is based on the most recent completed Lead as of the time the Initiative Statistics is accumulated.

Lead Statistics

The Lead Statistics zone has two charts to provide statistics for leads for the initiative:

  • Leads by State: The chart shows the number of leads for each state in the lead's lifecycle as of the initiative’s Statistics Date/Time. Each state can be represented by a unique color. These colors are defined on the Program Management master configuration. Refer to Program Management Master Configuration for setting up program management options for more information.
  • Active Leads by Representative: The chart shows the top five individual sales representatives for the initiative (i.e. sales representatives with the largest number of active leads assigned to them as of the Statistics Date/Time). The top five sales representative can be represented by a unique color. These colors are defined on the Program Management master configuration. Lead Monthly Statistics

The Lead Monthly Statistics zone has two charts to provide statistics for leads for the initiative:

  • Leads by State: The chronological graph highlights the number of open, completed and discarded leads over time for the initiative in context. The date displayed on the x-axis represents the start date of the statistics period. For example, 01-01-2013 shows statistics for the period 01-01-2013 through 01-31-2013. Each State can be represented by a unique color. These colors, along with the number of months to display are defined on the Program Management master configuration.   • Active Leads by Representative: The chronological graph highlights the top 4 discard reasons over time for the initiative in context. Statistics for all other discard reasons are accumulated in a catch-all bucket. The date displayed on the x-axis represents the start date of the statistics period. For example, 01-01-2013 shows statistics for the period 01-01-2013 through 01-31-2013.Each Discard Reason can be represented by a unique color. These colors, along with the number of months to display are defined on the Program Management master configuration.
