Navigating To The Make / Break Appointment Page

Any of the following methods can be used to navigate to the Appointment transaction:

  • An alert in the Alert Zone highlights if an appointment exists for the current premise. The user is transferred to the appointment transaction if they drill down on the alert.
  • You can setup an order's campaign to automatically transfer a user to the appointment transaction whenever an order is completed for a given campaign. This might be useful for campaigns that cause field activities to be created.
  • A user can setup a favorite link associated with the appointment transaction.
  • The field activity transaction allows a user to transfer to the appointment page when an appointment exists for a field activity
  • Via any of the following menus:
    • Premise context menu
    • Field activity context menu
    • Menu menu
