Maintaining Program Subscriptions

The Program Subscription portal is used to display and maintain program subscriptions.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Digital Asset Management, then select Program Subscription. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific record. Once a program subscription has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

• Program Subscription: This zone displays general information about the program subscription, such as the customer, status, and event calculation groups.

  • If the program subscription is for a device control program and has Incentive and Fees Program Rules if effect, you can use the Calculate button to initiate calculations of program incentives and fees. A window opens enabling the user to enter a Cutoff Date and select one or more eligible Incentive and Fee Types (based on the Rule Parameters defined on the Program Rule) to process.

• Event Participation List: This zone lists the events in which program subscription was a participant.

• Attribute Values: This zone lists attribute values whose characteristic type have Program Subscription as characteristic entities and are defined as valid Program Subscription characteristic types on the Program Subscription Type.

• Incentives, Fees and Program Settlements: This zone lists incentives, fees, and program settlements calculated for the program subscription.
