Defining Failure Causes

The Failure Cause portal is used to display and maintain failure causes.

You can access the portal from Admin, select F, then select Failure Cause.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

• Failure Cause List: This zone lists all failure cause records. Broadcast a record to display the details of the selected record.
• Failure Cause: This zone provides information about the cause of the failure, such as bent, collapsed, twisted, and so on.
• Included on Failure Profile: This zone lists the failure profiles associated with a particular failure.
