Defining Failure Profiles

The Failure Profile portal is used to display and maintain failure profiles.

You can access the portal from Admin, select F, then select Failure Profile.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

• Failure Profile List: This zone lists all failure profile records. Broadcast a record to display the details of the selected record.
• Failure Profile: This zone identifies the selected failure profile.
• Failure Causes: This zone lists the failure causes associated with this failure profile.
• Failure Modes: This zone lists the failure modes associated with this failure profile.
• Failure Repairs: This zone lists the failure repairs associated with this failure profile.
• Failure Components: This zone lists the failure components associated with this failure profile.
