Search Construct
The Search Construct zone allows you to search for a construct using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:
Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No) Construct ID Used to search for a particular construct. Yes (Conditional) Note: This field is required when the construct type is not specified in the respective field.Description Used to search for constructs with a particular description. No Effective Start Date Used to search for constructs which are effective on or after the specified date. Note: You can either manually specify the date or select it using the Date Picker (
) icon corresponding to the field.No Construct Type Used to search for constructs of a particular type. The valid values are: -

Yes (Conditional) Note: This field is required when the construct ID is not specified in the respective field.Effective End Date Used to search for constructs which are effective till a particular date. Note: You can either manually specify the date or select it using the Date Picker (
) icon corresponding to the field.No Status Used to search for constructs with a particular status. The valid values are: -
Active

Draft
-
Inactive
-
Pending Approval
-
Rejected
Note: By default, the status is set to Active.No Usage Account Identifier Type Used to indicate the account identifier type using which you want to search a usage account. Note:The list includes those account identifier types which are already defined in the system.
This field does not appear when you select the Settlement option from the Construct Type list.
Yes (Conditional) Note: If you specify the usage account identifier as a search criteria, you have to select the usage account identifier type.Usage Account Identifier Used to search for constructs through which a particular usage account is billed. Note: This field does not appear when you select the Settlement option from the Construct Type list.Yes (Conditional) Note: If you specify the usage account identifier type as a search criteria, you have to enter the usage account identifier.Invoice Account Identifier Type Used to indicate the account identifier type using which you want to search an invoice account. Note:The list includes those account identifier types which are already defined in the system.

This field appears when you select the Settlement option from the Construct Type list.
Yes (Conditional) Note: If you specify the settlement account identifier as a search criteria, you have to select the settlement account identifier type.Settlement Account Identifier Used to search for constructs where a particular settlement account is used for payment. Note: This field appears when you select the Settlement option from the Construct Type list.Yes (Conditional) Note: If you specify the settlement account identifier type as a search criteria, you have to enter the settlement account identifier.Note: You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for a construct. -

Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:
Column Name Column Description Construct ID Displays the construct ID. Description Displays the description of the construct. Construct Type Indicates the type of construct. The valid values are: -
Invoice

Invoice and Settlement

Settlement
Effective Start Date Displays the date from when the construct is effective. Effective End Date Displays the date till when the construct is effective. Status Indicates the status of the construct. The valid values are: -
Active
-
Draft
-
Inactive
-
Pending Approval
-
Rejected
Copy On clicking the Copy (
) icon, the Construct screen appears where you can create a new construct using an existing
construct.Edit On clicking the Edit (
) icon, the Construct screen appears where you can edit the details of the construct.Note: The Edit icon appears when the construct is in the Draft, Pending Approval, or Active status.View On clicking the View (
) icon, the Construct screen appears where you can view the details of the construct.Inactivate On clicking the Inactivate (
) icon, the Inactivate window appears confirming whether you want to inactivate the construct. Note:The Inactivate icon appears when the following conditions are met:

The construct is in the Active status.

The construct is not yet referred for billing.
Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages. -
