Editing a Construct

You can only edit a construct in the Draft or Pending Approval status. If a bill is already generated through a construct and it is in the Pending status, you cannot edit the details of the construct. You can only edit the effective to date of a construct when all bills generated through the construct are in the Completed status. The effective to date must be later than the last completed bill's bill date. Otherwise, the system will not allow you to edit the effective to date of the construct.
