Downloading a File from the SFTP Server

Procedure

To download a file from the SFTP server:

  1. Click the Admin link in the Application toolbar.
    A list appears.
  2. From the Admin menu, select F and then click File Management System.
    The File Management System screen appears.
  3. Select the File option from the File Type list.
  4. Enter additional search criteria, if required, in the Search File or Directory zone.
  5. Click Search.
    A list of files that meet the search criteria appears in the search results.
  6. In the Search Results section, click the link in the Download File column corresponding to the file that you want to download.
    The file is downloaded.
    Note: The system allows you to download a file which does not exceed 10 MB.
