Uploading a File to the SFTP Server
Procedure
To upload a file to the SFTP server:

Click the Admin link in the Application toolbar.
A list appears.

From the Admin menu, select F and then click File Management System.
The File Management System screen appears.
- Select the Directory option from the File Type list.
- Enter additional search criteria, if required, in the Search File or Directory zone.

Click Search.
A list of directories that meet the search criteria appears in the search results.

In the Search Results section, click
the Upload link in the Action column corresponding to the directory where you want to upload the
file.
The Action screen appears. It contains the following fields:
Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No) Upload File On clicking the Choose File button, you can browse through the system and choose a file that you want to upload. Note:You cannot upload a file which is more than 10 MB.
You can upload all types of files except archive files.
A file name can be up to 60 characters long and can contain letters, numbers, and special characters, such as period (.), underscore (_), hyphen (-) and whitespace ( ).
Yes Replace Existing File Used to indicate whether you want to replace any existing file in the system. You must select this option when you want to upload the same file once again. No -
Click the Choose File button corresponding
to the Upload File field.
The Open dialog box appears.
- Browse to the location where the file that you want to upload is available in the system.

Click Open.
The file name appears in the Upload File field.
- Select the Replace Existing File option depending on whether you want to upload the same file once again.

Click Upload.
A message appears indicating that the file is uploaded successfully on the SFTP server.
- Click OK.
