Search File or Directory
The Search File or Directory zone allows you to search for a file or a directory on the SFTP server using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:
Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No) File Name Used to search for files with a particular file name. No File Status Used to search for files with a particular status. The valid values are: -
Ready to Upload - Used when you want to view the files on the SFTP server which are yet to be uploaded in the ORMB staging tables.

Copy in Progress - Used when you want to view the files whose upload process on the SFTP server is in progress.

Approval Pending - Used when you want to view the files which are already uploaded in the ORMB staging tables and are currently awaiting approval for processing.

Pending to Process - Used when you want to view the files which are already uploaded in the ORMB staging tables but yet to be processed.
Note: By default, the Ready to Upload option is selected.Yes File Request Type Used to search for files which are already uploaded in the ORMB staging tables using a particular file request type. Note: The list does not include all the file request types which are defined in the system. Instead, the system considers the files which are either in Pending or Approval Pending status in the staging tables and accordingly lists the respective file request types.No File Path Used to search for files which are uploaded on the SFTP server in a particular directory. The valid value is: -
@SHARED_DIR
Note:You must specify the path in uppercase. Otherwise, erroneous results might occur.
If you do not specify the file path, the system retrieves the files from the directory specified in the Upload File Directory field of the C1-FileManagementConfig master configuration. For more information, see Setting the File Management System Configuration.
No File Upload From Date Used to search for files which are uploaded from a particular date onwards. Note: You can either manually specify the date or select it using the Date Picker () icon corresponding to the field.
No File Upload To Date Used to search for files which are uploaded till a particular date. Note: You can either manually specify the date or select it using the Date Picker () icon corresponding to the field.
No File Type Used to indicate whether you want to view the files or directories on the SFTP server. The valid values are: - File
- Directory
No Note: You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for a file. -

Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:
Column Name Column Description File Name Displays the file or directory name. Note:It has a link. On clicking the link, the respective screen appears:
- File Upload Dashboard - This screen appears when you click the link in the File Name column corresponding to a file which is in the Approval Pending or Pending To Process status.

File Management System - This screen appears with a list of files (within the directory) when you click the link in the File Name column corresponding to a directory.
If you click the link in the File Name column corresponding to a file which is in the Ready To Upload status, the system redirects you to the File Management System screen itself.
File Path Indicates the path where the file is uploaded on the SFTP server. Note:This column appears when the Ready To Upload option is selected from the File Status list.
In case of directory, the column value is set to Directory.
File Size (KB) Indicates the size of the file in Kilobyte (KB). Note:This column appears when the Ready To Upload option is selected from the File Status list.
In case of directory, no data appears in this column.
File Request Type Indicates the file request type using which the file is uploaded in the ORMB staging tables. Note:This column appears when the Approval Pending or Pending To Process option is selected from the File Status list.
It has a link. On clicking the link, the File Request Type screen appears where you can view the details of the respective file request type.
File Status Indicates the status of the file. The valid values are: -
Approval Pending

Pending to Process
Note: This column appears when the Approval Pending or Pending To Process option is selected from the File Status list.File Upload Approval Required Indicates whether approval is required before processing a file. The valid values are: -
YES

NO
Note: This column appears when the Approval Pending or Pending To Process option is selected from the File Status list.Approval Transaction ID Displays the approval transaction ID. Note:It has a link. On clicking the link, the Approve screen appears where you can view the details of the respective approval transaction.
This column appears when the Approval Pending or Pending To Process option is selected from the File Status list. However, note that no data appears in this column when the file is in the Pending To Process status.
Upload Date Time Displays the date and time when the file is uploaded in the system. Note: In case of directory, no data appears in this column.Download File On clicking the Download link, you can download the file. Note:This column appears when the Ready To Upload option is selected from the File Status list.
In case of directory, no data appears in this column.
Action Indicates the type of action, such as Move or Upload that you can perform for the file or directory, respectively. Note:This column appears when the Ready To Upload option is selected from the File Status list.
It has a link. On clicking the link, the Action screen appears from where you can upload or move a file. At present, the Move action is not operational as the @INSTALL_DIR is deprecated and no longer supported.
Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.
