Operations Analysis (Quick Service Restaurant, Inclusive Tax)

Description

The Operations Analysis report is an operational performance report that consists of a table with smart cells and selectable grouping and itemizing options to show operational metrics. This report is for quick service restaurants with inclusive taxes.

Permission: Sales and Operations.

Data Retention Category: Daily and Fixed Period Totals. See Data Retention Limits for more details.

Specialized parameter: Click Edit Parameters and then use the Advanced option for Other. You can use the Group by field to change how the report groups data on the page. You can group data by:

• Location

• Revenue Center

• Business Date

• Order Type

• Day Part

• Fixed Period

You can use the Itemize By field to change what is nested within the group by selection when you run the report. You can itemize data by:

• Location

• Revenue Center

• Business Date

• Order Type

• Day Part

• Fixed Period
