Deactivating an Employee
This feature is not available if you are using People Management.
Deactivating an employee removes the employee’s
access to Simphony and the Enterprise Back Office Suite. When an employee
is deactivated:
-
The employee is clocked out immediately when outside of a transaction.
-
The employee can no longer sign on to the Simphony POS client, EMC, or the Engagement configuration website.
-
The employee’s access to Reporting and Analytics and other cloud products through Simphony Home is revoked once the various systems are in sync. This could take up to 60 minutes.
