View appointments

Location administrators and location staff users can view the appointments scheduled for the current day and the next day at a location. Or, you can view the appointments scheduled for a particular participant.

To schedule an appointment, see Schedule an appointment or Schedule a walk-in appointment.
To view appointments:
  1. Select Locations/Scheduling from the Home page.

    Note:

    If you cannot see the Locations/Scheduling option on the Home page, contact your Oracle Customer Success manager to activate it.
  2. If your organization includes more than one location for appointments, select the location from the drop-down menu of the location icon. The icon is located next to your account name in the product banner. It looks like the location icon you see on maps: Shows a location icon
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To view the appointments scheduled at your location today (and tomorrow), select Appointments from the Locations/Scheduling tab. You completed this procedure.
    • To view the appointments of a particular participant, select the Participants tab.
  4. Enter some identifying data on the participant in one or more of the fields (such as last name, zip code) and select Search.
  5. Select the name of the participant you need to check to open the participant details.
  6. Scroll down to the Appointments section. You see the upcoming, past, and canceled appointments for that participant.
