Dev Portal IP Allowlisting
This enhancement provides customers the ability to configure and enable data access based on their application's IP address. This improvement strengthens security and provides more granular control over who can access your data. Customers can configure, enable, and manage the IP Allow Listing functionality in their Developer Portal.
See Viewing Environment Details.
OPERATIONAL BENEFITS
Customers can configure and manage, per chain, a list of permitted IP ranges that can access their environment to improve security and protect data.
IMPACT OR OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Enabling IP Allow Listing will lock your clients out of this environment if their IP ranges are not listed.

Include Property Name with the x-hotelids LOV Field in Dev Portal Analytics
Improved Analytics Filter usability in the Developer Portal: When no chainCode is selected, the x-hotelids filter now shows all properties with their names. Selecting a valid chainCode automatically narrows the list to matching properties/hotels and displays each property name alongside its x-hotelid for faster, more accurate selection.
See Using Analytics.
OPERATIONAL BENEFITS
- Faster, cleaner workflows: Chain-based filtering shows only relevant properties, reducing noise, errors, and time to insight.
- Improved clarity and adoption: Displaying names alongside codes helps users unfamiliar with codes quickly recognize the right chains/properties.

Show Permissions from Lowest OPERA Version Where One Chain Exists in Multiple Environments
When a partner adds an OCIM chain that exists across multiple OPERA environments under the same Enterprise, the permission selection experience is now aligned across all associated environments.
If module-level access control is enabled in any of the environments, the system presents a unified list of permissions that are supported in every environment using that chain code. This list is based on the lowest OPERA version among the associated environments, ensuring that all selected permissions can be approved by the customer and function consistently after approval.
This enhancement prevents partners from requesting permissions that are unavailable in some environments, streamlines the approval process, and ensures reliable access across environments. If none of the environments have module-level access control enabled, the existing Add Environment workflow continues unchanged.
OPERATIONAL BENEFITS
-
Ensures partners can request only those permissions that are supported across all associated OPERA environments, reducing approval failures and rework.
-
Prevents mismatches caused by differences in OPERA versions when the same chain exists in multiple environments.
-
Simplifies customer review and approval by presenting a consistent and valid set of permissions.
-
Reduces operational support issues related to invalid or non-functional permission requests.
-
Maintains existing workflows when module-level access control is not enabled, ensuring no disruption to current operations.

STREAMING
Parent topic: Feature Summary
Support Streaming DR for Single AD Regions
Streaming Disaster Recovery (DR) support improves the reliability of event streaming for supported OPERA environments.
New event subscriptions automatically include DR support and do not require any additional configuration. Existing subscriptions continue to work without interruption. To take advantage of DR support for an existing subscription, the subscription must be re-created by unsubscribing from all events in the environment and subscribing again. When applicable, the Developer Portal displays an information message indicating that this action is required.
See Working with Events in the Developer Portal.
OPERATIONAL BENEFITS
-
Enhances event streaming resilience using multi-Availability Domain infrastructure.
-
No disruption to existing subscriptions; customers control when to adopt DR.
-
Clear UI notifications guide users on required actions.
-
New subscriptions automatically support DR once enabled.
-
Maintains transparency of OPERA environment region for data residency clarity.
-
Reduces risk of event delivery disruption during infrastructure failures.
