New Features

Feature Area Description

Self-service APIs

Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services introduce Self-Service APIs to manage specific system administration tasks in the customer non-production environment.

Using these APIs, as a privileged user, you can create a checkpoint to save the state of an environment at a specific time and clone an environment from that checkpoint.

Additionally, you can also restart the server.

For more information, refer to Self-Service APIs Documentation.

Landing Page

A new web application is introduced that provides a comprehensive overview of all the Oracle Health Insurance components deployed in the Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services environment, along with their URL, version, and public API.

For more information, refer to Environment Landing Page Documentation.

Status Page

A new web application is introduced that provides real-time updates on the status and availability of the Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services environment.

This portal also allows you to subscribe to notifications for planned maintenance events and receive a notification if the availability status of the Oracle Health Insurance Cloud Services changes.

For more information, refer to Environment Status Page Documentation.

Deprecated and Removed

The following functions are depreciated for this version:

Feature Area Status Description

Base URL

Deprecated

New URL patterns are introduced for customer environments starting with SaaS only Release 23.1. This is a breaking change that will impact existing integrations. So, this change needs to be coordinated with AMS through a service request. Clients must test the change thoroughly. The new URL patterns are a prerequisite for the Self-Service APIs, Landing Page, and SAML 2.0 IDP-initiated SSO integration.

Factory Reset

Deprecated

The factory reset functionality is deprecated as it is considered high-risk and could lead to issues.

Known Issues

BugDB Issue Description

35221860

Inconsistency with log out operation on the landing page.

In Mozilla Firefox, when you log in and then log out, the process completes successfully the first time and redirects to the log-in page. However, if you log in again and close the session, the log-out functionality is inconsistent.

35273817

Deployed application tiles are misaligned on the landing page.

When the number of components differs on each application deployment, the application deployment tiles on the home screen are not properly aligned.
