Review a query, and either close or re-open it
After a site answers a query, you should review their answer, and then either close the query (if the answer is acceptable) or reopen the query (if the conversation with the site must continue). This procedure also applies to rollover studies.
The queries you see and the actions you are allowed to perform on them depend on your permissions. For more information on these permissions refer to the Study Management section in Descriptions of permissions in Clinical One Platform.
Tip:
For more efficient query management, we recommend using the Query List instead. For more information, see About the Query List.Note:
Closing a query with an associated validation also closes the validation. You can access the record of each query through Answer & Visit History on the right sidebar within the visit. See View and monitor queries or Open and manage a query from the Query List to view from the Query List page.
