Add a Note

To add a note to a task:

  1. Select the task in the Task List or the Awards tab in Customer Maintenance.

    • Click the task.

    • Use the up and down arrows to highlight the task, then press the Spacebar.

  2. Click Add Note.

    A note entry window opens.

  3. Enter the note text.

  4. Click OK.

    The note is added to the task
