Enabling the IPMI Interface

Before You Begin

You must have administrator privileges on the server to be able to follow this configuration procedure.

• Enable the IPMI interface using the following command:

  # chkconfig --level 2345 ipmi on

  ---

  Note - After making this change, you might need to start or restart the IPMI service.
